the Presidential degree n° 2011/O45 of 8 MARCH 2011 on the administration academic of
the University of Bamenda
Conditions for admission
cycle: Duration of Training 03 years
Entry requirements: Holders of at least 02 GCE A/L subjects including the major subjects of
the department or BACCALAUREAT or any equivalent.
Diploma recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and at least give (5) GCE O/L
subjects excluding Religious knowledge
*Baccalaure’at A4 for the Bilingual Letters department only.
2"d cycle: Duration of training 02 years
-Section of secondary Teacher's grade II
Certificate/Diploma required: Bachelor's Degree or Licence in corresponding Departments or
any equivalent recognized by the MINESUP.
-Section of Teacher Trainers
Certificates and Diploma required:
- Civil servants of primary education
- Holders of Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent diploma recognized by the MINESUP
- Holders of a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences of Education are also accepted.
